Customs

Due to the UK government regulations, there may be duty & VAT charges in your country, both in the EU and overseas. Fasilah is not responsible for this, however, we will try our utmost best to assist you.

Return Policy

To prevent any inconvenience, we strongly recommend reading the full product description and reaching out to us at contact@fasilah.co.uk with any questions before making a purchase. Our team is ready to assist you and address your queries.

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to accept returns. Simply return the item(s) to us unworn, with all the original labels intact within 14 days of delivery.

We will provide you with return instructions and a pre-paid return label, once you contact us at contact@fasilah.co.uk within the 14-day return window. Please include your order number and delivery address in your return request.

The cost of return will be deducted from your refund. If you availed of our free shipping offer, the original shipping cost will also be deducted.

We aim to process returns within 10 days upon receiving them at our warehouse.
